Comcast announced that Kristee Cominiello has been promoted to senior vice president of Comcast’s Heartland Region, which spans Michigan, Indiana and Kentucky and is headquartered in Plymouth.
In this role, she is responsible for more than 3,000 employees and all residential and business customer relationships within the three-state region. She oversees all functions of the business for the region, including sales and marketing, field operations network development, customer experience and financial performance.
Prior to her current position, Cominiello served as vice president of Comcast Business for the company’s California Region. Throughout her 21 years with Comcast, she has held multiple leadership roles, including vice president of Sales and Marketing for the California and Oregon/SW Washington regions. Prior to joining Comcast, Cominiello worked for Eastman Kodak as a production line lead.
Cominiello holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from Western Governors University. She also completed the Harvard Business School Cable Executive Management program earlier this year. Cominiello is a WICT Network Betsy Magness Leadership Institute graduate and served as dean for Comcast’s 2019 Residential Sales Executive Bootcamp.
