Muniz brings over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing to Heartland Region
Michelle Muniz has been named vice president of residential sales and marketing for Comcast’s Heartland Region, which includes Michigan, Indiana and Kentucky. In this role, Muniz will be responsible for leading the company’s regional direct and indirect, multi-family and retail sales channels in the Heartland Region, which serves millions of residential and business customers.

Muniz has over two decades in leadership roles and brings a wealth of experience in the wireless and telecommunications industries, including eleven years with Comcast. Since joining Comcast in 2013 to support the launch of the Xfinity Home product line, she has served in an array of progressive leadership roles, the latest being senior director of Retail and Alternative Channels for Comcast’s West Division. In this role, she was responsible for driving initiatives to improve customer experience.
Muniz earned a Bachelor of Science in management from the University of Phoenix.
