Comcast announced the appointment of Matthew Quantz as Senior Vice President of the company’s Heartland Region, serving Xfinity and Comcast Business customers in Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. Quantz will drive strategic initiatives to fuel growth and further elevate the customer experience – strengthening the company’s competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving market. 

In his new role, Quantz will be responsible for deepening customer relationships across the region, delivering residential customers more value from Xfinity’s full suite of products including the most reliable, fiber-powered WiFi, entertainment, mobile and home security, while bringing unmatched connectivity, communications, networking, cybersecurity, wireless and managed solutions to Comcast Business customers from small businesses to large enterprises. Quantz will also lead efforts to expand Comcast’s smart and reliable network throughout the region. 

With more than 11 years of experience at Comcast, Quantz brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a proven record of leadership and success. Most recently, he served as Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Comcast’s Freedom Region. Prior to that, he held leadership roles in Comcast’s Chicago and Pacific Northwest Regions where he helped drive operational excellence and customer-focused innovation.

Quantz holds a Business Administration degree from Regis University and is an active community advocate, having served on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters Columbia Northwest and Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago.
