Ann Arbor is best known as the home of the University of Michigan, but it recently became home to another place where technology meets vibrancy: a new XFINITY retail store.
Located at 2915 Oak Valley Drive in the Oak Valley Center, the new 4,000 square-foot space is designed entirely around you – our customers. The new store features flat screen HD TVs and a comfortable seating area where you can settle in and experience the X1 entertainment operating system as though you were in your own living room.
The store is a great example of how we’re transforming the customer experience. Hands-on demonstrations allow both current and new customers to learn how to get the most out of TV, high-speed internet, XFINITY Mobile and connected home solutions. The store also features an iPad bar where you can trial XFINITY’s mobile apps that let you watch live TV, stream OnDemand content, download movies and TV shows, and manage and monitor your home while on the go.
Of course, you can also pay bills, pick up and return equipment and get assistance from trained, knowledgeable onsite sales consultants. Store hours are Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
Worried about the wait? Don’t! The new Ann Arbor store offers an intelligent queueing system that lets you reserve a place ‘in line’ from your mobile phone, to cut wait times.
