Comcast and Sportsman Channel are teaming up to host the Hunt.Fish.Feed. national tour in Grand Rapids, providing a complimentary meal for members of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Grand Rapids Youth Commonwealth and their families.
“Our partnership with Comcast goes beyond that of a traditional internet provider – they’re a real partner in serving our members and their families,” said Patrick Placzkowski, chief executive officer, Boys and Girls Clubs of Grand Rapids Youth Commonwealth.

Feed. program to connect families experiencing food insecurity with underutilized food sources, like game meat and fish. Since 2007, the network – and parent company, KSE Media Ventures – have served nearly 40,000 meals and donated over seven tons of game meat and fish to organizations and shelters in more than 50 cities across the United States.
“Michigan has some of the greatest number of deer hunters per capita than anywhere else in the county, and this time of year, access to venison skyrockets,” said Jeff Brown, Director of Affiliate Sales and Distribution, KSE Media Ventures. “But to take advantage of the resources around us, we need to be educated sportsmen and sportswomen.”
